Kathy Walsh Joins Fallston Group as Director of Marketing
BALTIMORE, Md. (May 25, 2016)—Baltimore-based crisis management and communications firm Fallston Group, LLC announces the full-time appointment of Kathy Walsh as Director of Marketing. Walsh, who founded and operated JigSaw Marketing Solutions since 2002, has joined forces with Fallston Group to significantly deepen its marketing bench; Walsh will lead the firm’s Strategic Communications & Media business vertical. In her new role, Walsh will oversee strategic marketing efforts for Fallston Group clients as well as assist with business development for the firm. Walsh brings 25 years of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing expertise, with an emphasis on intensive client research and company branding. Using this expertise, Walsh will be able to suggest informed and calculated marketing recommendations to clients in the media relations, digital marketing, social media, content marketing and public relations disciplines. The synergy between Walsh’s strategic marketing expertise and Fallston Group’s deep knowledge of crisis leadership, strategy and communications will benefit the combined client base of the former JigSaw portfolio and Fallston Group’s growing sphere of influence.
